"I Love You" in a 100 different languages

Did you know there is a 100 different ways to say "I Love You"? Me either, until a couple weeks ago while laying in the bed my husband informed me of it. He has also been telling me how many more days are left until Valentines Day. This has been going on since the last week in January. On Monday, the flower girl showed up to my work with a single rose with a card. Come to find out, he is going to send me one each day with an I LOVE YOU card in a different language.

Monday thru Friday. I added them together each day.

WEEK 1- Each card I received.
Monday-Cantonese
Tuesday- French
Wednesday-Dutch
Thursday-Hawaiian
Friday-Italian

Aren't they so pretty- I am hoping they will last until next week, so I can put them all together!

This one is for Lynn- she said I HAD to do a funny one!!!

Dinner w/ my Parents

Saturday night we decided that we were going to have seafood w/ my parents. My brother, stepdad, and myself all love it, but my mom, stepbrother, and husband don't eat it, so they had to settle for burgers. We got a whole box of oysters to steam, 10 lbs. of crablegs, and shrimp for kabobs! Everything was awesome! I was really suprised, but Landen enjoyed the oysters and crablegs too!
I couldnt get the crab out of the legs fast enough for Lil Ms. Priss
My brothers and stepdad (like we really need to see the food inside of Nick's mouth, lol).....
Landen thought the claw was amazing! He had to play w/ it for a while.
We all had a really good time and ate too much!!!

T.V. Time!!!

The kids crack me up when they decide they are going to watch t.v. in the livingroom. For some reason, they don't like to sit on the couch or in the chair, but on here..... Yes, the table in the middle of the floor. I think they are so cute how they put their little hands up under their chins!
They love taking pictures! After I took the first one, I couldn't stop!
Landen.....
Kaidence.....
And of course, one with daddy.....

Flowers For Me!!!!

I feel so special! Today my wonderful husband sent me flowers to work. My little card said "Just Because, Love Patrick". He is such a sweetie. I am truly blessed to have a great husband. It's kind of nice to know every once in a while that you are appreciated!

New Years Day

Patrick & I decided that since we both had the day off that we would take the kids to Ripley's Aquarium. We have been remodeling our house for 2 months and really haven't had a lot of extra time to spend w/ them so we figured this would be a fun outing!I have been numerous times, but I still think it's pretty cool each time I go! Kaidence was actually big enough this time to really enjoy everything! She thought the stingrays were fun to touch. She surprisingly wasn't scared at all and wanted to stay in that area for most of the time we were there! Once we were finally able to talk her into going and checking something else out, we went over to the horseshoes crabs. Landen was a little too short to lean over and touch the stingrays, but he was able to get into the action w/ the crabs! And of course, Kaidence was able to touch them too! We decided we wanted to get the kids ice cream, but Ripley's didn't have any :(. We promised we would get them some, so we made a stop at Dunkin Doughnuts. I think it was worth the wait!We had an awesome time and really enjoyed being able to have some family time for a change!

Santa Has Come!!!!

Of course, Kaidence woke up before everyone! She ran into the room so excited and woke me and Patrick up! Santa had brought brought her new clothes & shoes, a baby and highchair, new barbies, soccer goal, & her FAVORITE an art desk and supplies! Landen didn't wake up right away, but once he did, he was also very excited! At first he was kind of unsure why all this stuff was in the living room, but it didn't take him long to forget about that and start focusing on his new John Deere tractor. He thought it was awesome and was ready to ride right away! Along w/ his new tractor, Santa brought him new clothes & shoes, toy box, scooter, work bench, & magna-doodle! I think we are safe to say, they definitely enjoyed their Christmas! Hope everyone else did too!!!!

Army Men

My mom decided that she was going to clean out all of my lil brothers old toys. She had a box of army men, a big truck, a tank, and all these other little army cars. When I walked in the front door w/ all the stuff, both of their mouths dropped and a big "AAHHHH" came out. They were so excited. They played w/ everything for about an hour. Thanks mom for giving me an hour to myself, lol!!!! :)
